I offer group classes, one-to-one sessions, and occasional workshops in the Ilkley and Otley area. All of my work is grounded in the same principle: when we move with more ease, we live with more ease.
Mindful Movement Group Classes
These gentle group lessons are based on the Feldenkrais Method. Lying on a mat, you’ll be guided through slow, exploratory movements designed to help your nervous system discover new patterns. No stretching, no strain — just curious, attentive movement.
Each lesson focuses on a different theme: how you turn your head, how you reach, how you breathe, how you get up from a chair. The movements are simple, but the effects can be surprisingly deep — people often leave feeling taller, lighter, and more at ease.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No experience needed.

One-to-One Sessions: Functional Integration
These are individual, hands-on sessions tailored entirely to you. Using gentle touch, I work with your nervous system to help release deep-held tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury or chronic pain.
Each session begins with a conversation about what you’re experiencing, followed by about 45 minutes of quiet, clothed bodywork on a low table. Many people describe the experience as deeply calming — a chance to slow down and reconnect with their body.
One-to-one sessions are particularly helpful for:
— Persistent pain (back, neck, shoulders, hips)
— Recovery after injury or surgery
— Stress, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm
— Anyone wanting a deeper, more personal exploration
Sliding scale: £50–£65 per session

Workshops
I occasionally run themed workshops exploring specific topics — such as breathing, walking, emotional awareness through movement, or the connection between body and mind. These are a wonderful way to go deeper than a weekly class allows.
To hear about upcoming workshops, subscribe to my newsletter — I announce all events there first.
